Dale brings more than 10 years of construction experience to DMK Home Services, with a background spanning residential, commercial, industrial, and utility construction. Throughout his career, he has worked in both hands-on trade and construction management roles, contributing to projects ranging from residential remodeling to large-scale developments valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
That diverse experience has given Dale a well-rounded understanding of construction from both sides of the job — the hands-on details that go into doing the work correctly, and the planning, problem-solving, and attention to detail required to manage a project successfully.
With DMK Home Services, Dale brings that experience directly to homeowners. Whether it is a repair, an installation, a home update, or a list of smaller projects that need to finally get done, he approaches every job with the same goal: quality work, clear communication, and a finished product he can be proud to put his name on.

Dale’s initials are on the truck. Every job gets finished to a standard he is willing to have attached to them — which is a stronger guarantee than most warranties.
Working within the handyman exemption. DMK Home Services takes on projects that remain under the legal dollar limit, require no permit, and do not otherwise require a licensed contractor. Electrical, plumbing, structural, and permitted work fall outside that scope — and we would rather refer you than take a job we should not have.
